The transaction is expected to close in H1 2027, subject to regulatory approval. Alongside the acquisition, Allianz and HSBC have agreed a 15-year exclusive distribution partnership, giving Allianz access to HSBC’s customer base in Singapore. The deal supports Allianz’s growth strategy in Asia and expands its reach across protection, health, retirement and wealth products.
