ISI Accessibility Statement

1. Our Commitment to Accessibility

ISI Markets is committed to making our digital products and services accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We recognise the importance of digital accessibility as a core component of inclusive design, and we strive to ensure that our online content and software platforms support multiple modes of access.

2. Conformity Standards

We are guided by internationally recognised standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and relevant accessibility legislation. We adopt best practice to ensure that our website and digital platforms are perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all users. We use structured accessibility testing consistent with Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) methodologies to assess and report on accessibility performance for most of our main web products.

3. Key Development Areas Aiming to Support Accessibility

We have a range of features to improve accessibility, to include but not limited to:

  • Consistent and meaningful navigation.
  • Sufficient colour contrast to support users with visual impairments.
  • Keyboard-accessible interfaces and focus indicators.
  • Clear, written content with simple language where possible.
  • Use of clear and concise language in UI text, notifications, and instructions.
  • Consistent labels, controls, and predictable interactions across pages.

4. Ongoing Improvements
We continually review and update our digital platforms to enhance accessibility. This includes user feedback integration. We will continue to ensure we remain guided by best practice standards and actively work to resolve any accessibility limitations that may arise and improve user experience across all devices and platforms.

5. Known Limitations

Some content may not yet be fully accessible, including:

  • Third-party content or embedded applications.
  • Certain interactive visualisations may require enhancements to support all assistive technologies.
