The deal, expected to close before end-2026 pending approvals, will give Rimac Group control of Bugatti Rimac alongside new partners HOF Capital and Abu Dhabi-based BlueFive Capital. Porsche is exiting to refocus on its core automotive operations, while the new investors aim to streamline ownership and support Bugatti’s and Rimac’s long-term growth. Latin America and the Caribbean Brazilian asset manager Quadra Capital agreed to acquire a portfolio of equity stakes and credit claims from state-controlled Banco de Brasilia (BRB) for approximately BRL 15bn (USD 2.9bn). The assets stem from BRB’s prior exposure to Banco Master and reportedly exclude holdings linked to Master’s former controllers. The transaction is aimed at helping BRB ease balance-sheet pressure, while giving Quadra access to a large pool of distressed and low-liquidity assets aligned with its investment strategy. Emerging Asia Singapore’s CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (CICT) has agreed to acquire the Paragon integrated commercial property for SGD 3.8bn (USD 3bn) from Cuscaden Peak and related entities. The transaction, subject to unitholder approval, will strengthen CICT’s footprint in Singapore’s prime Orchard Road commercial district and support long-term income growth. Paragon combines a luxury retail mall, medical suites, and office space, housing international brands and healthcare tenants. The acquisition aligns with CICT’s strategy of expanding its portfolio of high-quality, income-generating commercial assets while leveraging its operational and asset management expertise.
