Fernando Guimaraes Turatto, Director Brazil, Business and People transformation at Marsh is a management and HR consulting leader with over 15 years of experience helping organizations across diverse industries achieve sustainable growth and maximize value. Based in São Paulo, Brazil, Fernando brings extensive international experience, having lived and worked in India, China, Spain, and Portugal. He specializes in organizational transformation through human capital strategies, including workforce planning, organizational design, culture, HR strategy, digitalization, executive development, and process optimization. Before joining Mercer, Fernando was a Partner in Korn Ferry’s Strategy Implementation practice for South America.
