Supported Version of CEIC Add-in for Microsoft Excel and How to Upgrade

Since 2024, we have introduced a minimum 2-year support window for each new version of our Microsoft Office add-ins - policy for the CEIC desktop applications.  

Users who are still using legacy versions will have limited access to our support services.  

Please make sure you are leveraging our latest versions of CEIC Add-in to access its enhanced functionalities and features. 

What are the benefits of the new CEIC Add-in for Microsoft Excel?

• Faster downloads that cut waiting time and improve your overall productivity 

• A new Refresh Sheets feature that allows you to refresh multiple sheets with one click 

• The Native Image functionality enables you to keep your most relevant images up to date to save time and effort when building your reports 

• The ability to convert CEIC series to User Defined Data (UDD) series 

How can you upgrade to the latest version? 

• Uninstall your current version by Control Panel -> Programs -> Right click on CDMNext Addin to uninstall 

• Log in to your CEIC profile 

• Click the Help button (top left of CEIC platform) > Excel Addin > Download the latest CEIC Add-in compatible with your Windows and Office versions.
